iRetroooo

The coolest new thing in last century's technology. You can now dock and sync your iphone with a stationary calling experience. It's an older style of a phone with the new design on having our iphone docked in it. All via USB, this is the very latest. I would of definitely loved to have this in my home and for only $195. Come on a really new thing yet very old style in your home would make it complete.

Full Face Transplant!

The craziest thing taking 22 hours and 30 doctors. The very first full face transplant has happened. "In a clandestine operation that took place almost a month ago in Barcelona, a man who'd lost his much of his face in a shooting accident received an entire face—skin and muscles, and as the BBC clarified, even "cheekbones, nose, lips and teeth"—from a donor." CRAZY!!! The man was a patient that formerly been unable to breathe or swallow, and now it's like nothing ever happened. He see's himself in the mirror and was "calm and satisfied." This man was very lucky but has to be on anti rejection drugs for the rest of his life.

Time to look into colleges

This is the time of year where juniors are starting to look into different colleges. Lucky CHAMPS takes us to a bunch of tours to check a lot of them out. This thursday is a tour to CSUN/CalArts and I am going. Getting a plan together is super important at this age and especially for the school. We have such a great faculty that care about our future and help us in ever way possible.

Glows brighter with the speed of the wind

This Metal Flower is 14m-tall and has dozens of LED lights which glow brighter the more the wind increases around it. It resides by and English river and is in aid of a regeneration project. It's actually arranged in the shapes of triangles and pentagons, holding 60 LEDs. Really cool and interesting new thing, don't you think so?

Beach Dayz

Spring has finally come, and everyone is starting to go to the beach. On the way there the drive is usually filled with music and laughter but once you get there it gets hot and you want to be cooled off and enjoy yourself with some music too. Well now you can do both, have a cooler filled with your favorite drinks plus your favorite music, giving you the best beach day ever. You can now make a beach stereo out of your cooler. Be prepared by making your own waterproof stereo from a cooler, a car battery, and any car stereo or radio you can find.

New Liver?!

Scientists could build us those new organs using metal nano-particles suspended in a magnetic field. The idea is that while researchers have been able to "build" organs in the past, they've been doing it on a 2D surface. Since this can lead to abnormal behavior in cells, researchers had to build in 3D:
"By injecting cells with a metallic gel, the researchers have succeeded in suspending cultured cells in a three-dimensional magnetic field. With this magnetic scaffolding, organs can be grown in the right shape, and with no foreign material."
This is early research and intended for those with life-threatening need for organs.

Entertainment with Rock Paper Scissors

Play rock-paper-scissors alone was never so fun. This new playing glove learns your weaknesses. You can finally amuse yourself with just your own hand. I don't know if self-proclaimed "glove hacker" Steve Hoefer was lonely or bored when he decided to make this rock-paper-scissors playing glove which actually learns how you play and exploits your weaknesses. How interesting is this?! For anyone who is bored
